POS Voucher
This module allows POS Gift Voucher. This app is used to generate gift vouchers for discount and it will applied on POS order for particular customer or without customer. Create voucher direct from pos screen with receipt. User can also print a statement voucher during the session.
Prerequisites before Installation
No prerequisites required before installation.
POS Configuration
- When user enables the "Use POS Voucher" option it enables functionality on the pos screen.
- Voucher Product: User can set voucher product here.
- Validation (Day's): User can set default voucher validation day's.
- Allow Multi Voucher: User can set voucher product here.
POS Voucher WorkFlow
- POS User can see a new "Create Voucher" and "Apply Voucher" button on Pos screen.
- On click of the "Create Voucher" button it opens a popup window where user can enter voucher value and validity (Days).
- Upon create, a voucher is generated and user can also send mail to customer for voucher and also user can print voucher.
- Here is a mail description with attach voucher in mail.
- POS manager can see all vouchers form backend side and also manager can resend voucher mail and cancel the voucher.
- On click of the "Apply Voucher" button it opens a popup window where user can enter voucher code for apply discount.
- After click on "Apply" button, System check and verify voucher code and if applicable then it redeem from total order.
- Also show voucher discount on POS reciept.
- After apply one time voucher state will be changed as used.
- Also show voucher discount on POS Order.
