Advanced Customer & Vendor Payments
Settle many invoices in a single payment — allocate full, partial or write-off per line — and capture admin / card fees, a manual exchange rate, and withholding taxes right on the payment form. Tested on Odoo 15 Community & Enterprise.
What You Get
Multi-Invoice Allocation
One payment settles several invoices/bills of the same customer/vendor. Select Invoices to Pay pulls every open document (paid or already-claimed lines are hidden), Select All / Unselect All in one click, then set the Allocation per line — full, partial, or write-off. Each line shows the plain invoice number and a description taken from the invoice reference.
Admin Fee & Card Capture
Record a payment administration fee (with its own charge account) and the payment method — Cash, Transfer, Credit/Debit Card — plus the card type (Visa / Master / BCA / CITI / AMEX) and number.
Manual Exchange Rate
Paying in a foreign currency? Set a Force Rate (e.g. 1 USD = Rp 16,000) and the payment — allocations, write-offs and the journal entry — all post at your rate, not just the daily table rate.
Withholding Taxes & Expenses
Add withholding taxes & other expense lines to the payment so the cash received/paid and the booked receivable/payable reconcile correctly — no separate journal entry needed.
