Multilevel approval
Odoo Multi-Level Approval Module provides a robust and efficient solution to streamline the approval process within your organization. This module allows you to create and manage multiple levels of approvals for various business operations, such as purchase orders, sales orders and expenses. With this module you can setup a flexible and customizable approval workflow to match your business needs, ensuring that every transaction is reviewed by the right people at the right time.

Features
Role and responsibility
Two roles are available in this module.
- User: allow to submit and approve request
- Manager: allow to create/edit approval category
Customizable approval request field
There are various types of pre-define fields available for customization. One can make the field mandatory, optional or hide it.
Flexible approval rule
One can define the rule whether second or third level of approval is required. Multiple approval names on the same rule means either one approval is required. When either the minimum amount or minimum quantity is met, the approval rule will be automatically enforced, else it will move to next level.
Approval rule applicable to sales, purchase and invoice module
The approval rules can be applied to sales, purchase and invoice module.
Multi-company support
Different rules for different companies.
Notification support
Notification in inbox and menubar whenever new approval request is submitted and status change on the request.
Record Rules
Record rules have been created to allow the approval request submitter to view his/her own request only. Employee from each company will only allow to view the approval category created for their company.
