Muqeem Integration for Odoo

The Muqeem Integration Module connects your Odoo ERP directly to the Muqeem portal. It enables HR officers to manage essential government servicesâsuch as Visa issuance, Iqama renewals, and cancellationsâwithout leaving the Odoo Employee profile. This integration reduces manual data entry, minimizes errors, and ensures a complete audit trail of all government interactions.
Centralized Services Dashboard
Access a dedicated Muqeem Services tab on every employee form. The user-friendly dashboard categorizes actions into Visa Management, Iqama Management, and Reporting Services, making it easy to find the right tool for the job.
Full Traceability & Chatter Integration
Never lose track of a government transaction. Every action taken in the Muqeem Services tab is automatically logged in the standard Odoo Chatter.
- Success/Error Logs: Immediate feedback on whether the transaction was successful.
- Automatic Attachments: Visa PDFs and Reports returned by Muqeem are automatically attached to the employee record.
- Data Tracking: Key data points like new expiry dates or visa numbers are written directly to the log.
Smart Auto-Fetching
Eliminate manual data entry errors. When you initiate any service (such as issuing a visa or renewing an Iqama), the module automatically fetches the Iqama Number and other relevant details from the Employee's profile. You only need to provide transaction-specific details, such as the duration or sponsor ID.

Visa Management
Streamline the entire visa lifecycle. The module automates the issuance and cancellation of Final Exit and Exit Re-Entry visas.
1. Issue Exit Re-Entry Visa
Easily issue Single or Multiple Exit Re-Entry visas. Simply define the duration (in days) or validity type and send the request directly to Muqeem.
2. Final Exit Visa
Process employee terminations smoothly by issuing Final Exit Visas directly from the system. The Iqama number is pre-filled for accuracy.
3. Extend Exit Re-Entry Visa
Update visa duration and return-before dates instantly for employees who need to extend their stay abroad.
4. Cancel Exit Re-Entry Visa
Securely cancel issued visas by validating the specific Visa Number before processing the cancellation request.
5. Cancel Final Exit Visa
Revoke a Final Exit Visa if the employee's status changes, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Iqama (Residency) Management
Manage critical residency tasks without logging into separate government portals.
6. Renew Iqama
Select flexible renewal durations ranging from 3 months up to 24 months. The system validates the request and processes the renewal in real-time.
7. Transfer Sponsorship
Initiate Iqama transfers between sponsors by simply entering the new Sponsor ID directly in the transfer modal.
