• Configure journals for create invoice from Quick Invoice and set E-mail confirmation invoice.

• When you click on invoicing menu you can see one button "Quick Invoice" in 'Customer Invoices' and 'Vendor Bills' order list view.

• When you click on 'Quick Invoice' button open new view for create invoice for customer and create bill for supplier.
• You can search products or scan products via barcode and add into cart also you can set customer or supplier.
• As per below image you can also select cart line, and also you can set quantity.
• Click on discount button and set discount for selected line.
• Click on price button and set product price for selected line also.
• Payment line will be visible as per below image. You can split payment in different journals.
• Click on create button, Invoice/Bill will be created in paid,partial or draft base on due amount.
• In footer part, you can see whole invoice order information like total amount, untax amount, taxes etc.

• When invoice/bill order successfully created then you can see one message in popup and with invoice/bill order number.

• You can also see one icon '' after 'Invoice Date' OR 'Bill Date' field, when you click on that icon you can see invoice orders which you create from quick invoice till you reload page.

• You can also see one PDF icon, Click on PDF icon, it will download/generate pdf report of that Invoice.
• You can also see one E-Mail icon which is visible only for invoice order and if set Email confirmation and invoice is fully or partial paid, when you click on that icon one popup open with mail templates selection as per below image so you can select E-mail template and send mail to customer with invoice report attachment.

• Also when you click on invoice/bill order number, it will redirected to that invoice/bill order record.
