Disable Auto Following

 

Overview

This module disables automatic following function throughout whole Odoo modules. You can still follow or add followers manually.

Usage

Just install module, no setup required. To follow, manually click follow button. To add followers, manually click on Add Followers.

Does this prevent following when the a customer emails a SO?

In odoo, if a customer responds to a message (lets pretend like we sent a message before installing the app)... (like in sales), they are added as a follower if not already there, does this app prevent this?

That's right, if the customer responds to the messages, he will not be added as a follower
