Contact Social Connection

Add Links of multiple social media accounts into the contact profile, and also allows you to redirect to the contact's social accounts directly from the contact screen. Not only social media account but you can also add any URL into the contact's profile, like website, blogs etc. This application will allow all the URLs and allows you to redirect to that URL directly from contact screen
