Features :

• Configure per employee all attendance matching day of week, from/to hour of day to be logged on specific accounts.
• "Attendance to Accounts" tab available on the employee card that enables:
  • Logging all attendance on single account
  • Logging attendance on specific account per day/hour
  • If day not set attendance will be logged on all days thus a single line can be configured as catch all
• When having two attendances with the same interval, priority will be to the first configuration line.
• When having two attendances on the same day, the created record will take the account with the attendance that contains no day in it if it is the upper.

How it works:

• Required to download Accounting, Timesheet and Attendances with Analytic to Attendance Module.

• Go to settings to enable the Analytic accounting checkbox

• A new tab appears inside the employee upon enabling the analytic accounting check box.
• Users can add manually: the day, hour from, hour to, and analytic account to work on.
• Day can be optional thus matches all day of week.
• Order matters thus the first rule that matches will be executed

• Upon attendance or import of attendance or integration with ZKTECO the above rule will be executed and records inserted accordingly in the analytic accounts.

• After check in then check out
  • Upon creation of record at the same day the user checks in and then checks out.
  • System will take the attendance that contains the same interval as check in and check out.

  Note: if we have two attendings with the same interval the system will choose the upper one.

• If user added two attendances (e.g. as per the screenshot below "Attendance on Monday and the other without Day") :

• The created record will take the account with the attendance that contains no day in it if it's higher than the one that contains the same day and same interval.
