Introduction

Calculate the employee's hourly cost based on the salary information in the contract

• The module must be installed (azk_timesheet_auto_calculate)
• After installing the module, "Calculate Total Salary Based On" will be added to the Company Form View under the new tab Hourly Timesheet, it displays all float and monetary fields from the Contract Form, allowing users to select which options will be used to calculate employees' salaries.
• Employees Hourly Rate Factors will be added to the Payroll Configuration Form View under the Accounting section, where we can set the factor to calculate the employee's hourly cost.
• "Total Salary for Hourly Time Sheet Cost" will be added to the contract form view. It simulates the hourly rate of the employee based on the selected benefits from the contract checked at the company level"Recalculate" will be added to the contract form view. It increments by one each time a change is made to the contract. It indicates how many times the contract has been altered.
• "Calculate Based On Salary" will be added to the employee form under the salary information tab, its default value is set to "True".
• The hourly timesheet cost for the associated employee will updated automatically when the contract state is set to 'Open' and the "Calculate Based On Salary" check box option is enabled in the related employee form. Additionally, the hourly timesheet cost will updated when there are any modifications to the "Calculate Total Salary Based On" field in the company form, or when changing the Employees Hourly Rate Factor in Payroll Configuration.
