Advance User Audit Management module for Odoo provides comprehensive tracking of user activities, offering insights into behavior, access patterns, and actions like read, write, create, and delete. It ensures transparency and accountability through detailed audit logs, supporting compliance and system governance. Managers can configure audits, view and clear logs, while users can access only their own records. Logs can be filtered by user, model, and action type, with options for selective or complete log clearing. This powerful tool helps detect anomalies, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain a secure, well-monitored Odoo environment.
Audit Log Access Rights
There will be access rights of audit log for user and manager.
Easy to Track User's Activity
This app will allow users to track a user's activity by using read, write, create and delete operations.
Group By Audit Logs
Audit logs can be group by users, also by object, and by type (Read, write, delete, create).
Activity Logs
Monitor last activity time and session duration for each session.
Location Monitoring
Track login locations on an interactive map with clickable markers for details.
Login Alert Emails
Automatically send email alerts to admins on new user logins.
User Audit Access Rights
User can give an access rights for audit & session. There will be 2 Types 'User' and 'Manager'.
1) User - User will be allowed to see the audit log only.
2) Manager - Manager can do audit configuration, see the user audit log, clear the audit log, session dashboard & all sessions.
User Audit Model
User can view the separate model of user audit.
Audit Management Configuration and Google Map API Integration
Goto Setting -> General Settings -> Audit Management in that view Audit Management settings provide options to auto-clear logs and send email alerts for logins from unknown devices, enhancing system security. Additionally, a Google Map API key can be configured here to enable location tracking features.
Configure the audit by name and enable the checkboxes for read, write, create, and delete actions.
There are option to apply audit configuration for "All Users" or select specific user by manager.
Select templates and fields, Where user activity need to be tracked and can be added.

User can view the performed operations automatically added in user audit log with details.
All Session Kanban View
User Session Details and Management
This session form view provides users with detailed information, including the session number, user session key, device details, login location, and login timing. Additionally, it offers options for automatic session termination and includes an audit log tab for user activity tracking.
Active Session Overview
In the session dashboard, users can now view the number of active sessions for Chrome (1 in this case, as the user is logged in through Chrome). The operating system distribution shows a count for Linux as well. Additionally, the map feature displays the user's active location, and by clicking on that location, users can access detailed information about active users and their respective locations.
Navigate to Settings -> Technical -> Emails, where an email notification is sent to the user for new login alerts. In this email, the admin can view the login details of the user.
In the session view, users can see the active session and have the option to click the 'End Session' button.
To proceed with ending the session, the user must click the 'Confirm' button.
Audit Logs Group By Users
When the user ends a session, they are logged out. After logging in again, they can navigate to the User Audit menu, where a new log entry is created for the new session.
User can view terminated sessions along with the updated last activity and session duration details.
