Mass Sale Order Email Send enables bulk emailing of Sale Orders, with email template selection and tracking of sent email statuses.
Mass Purchase Order Email Send
Mass Purchase Order Email Send enables bulk emailing of Purchase Orders, with email template selection and tracking of sent email statuses.
Mass Invoices Email Send
Mass Invoices Email Send enables bulk emailing of invoices, with email template selection and tracking of sent email statuses.
Warning/Validation
User try to send mail to sale order, purchase order and invoices that are in different stages than warning occurs.
Sale Order Mass Send Email

User can see 'Mass Sale Order Email Send' in action window which will appear only after selecting any sale order quotations.
Mass Sale Order Email Send Wizard
After clicking on "Mass Sale Order Email Send" button a wizard will open where user need to select email template and click on "Send" button.
Mail Sent
User can see the quotation mail sent and boolean is ticked automatically.
In quotations form view user can also see the Quotation Email Sent boolean is ticked automatically and quotation email sent to customer.
Email Sent to Customer
User can see the mail will be sent to customer.
Sale Order Filters
User can filter quotation by "Quotation Email Sent", "Quotation Email Draft", "SO Confirmation Email Sent", "SO Confirmation Email Draft", "SO Cancellation Email Sent" and "SO Cancellation Email Draft".
Warning / Validation
If user try to send Mass Email, to Sale Order which is not in confirm/sales order stage then validation error occurs.

User can filter purchase order by "RFQ Email Sent", "RFQ Email Draft", "PO Confirmation Email Sent", "PO Confirmation Email Draft", "PO Cancellation Email Sent" and "PO Cancellation Email Draft".
Warning / Validation
If user try to send Mass Email, to Purchase Order which is not in Draft/RFQ stage then validation error occurs.
