All in one Warranty Registration bundle Odoo Apps
All in one warranty registration bundle odoo apps is used to register warranty for a particular product with its Serial Number. Using this app user can register warranty with sales order, point of sales as well as from website also scan and add product quickly in sale order and invoice by serial number /Lot number.
This Odoo Apps allow you register warranty for a particular product with its Serial Number. There are two kind of warranty: 1. Free Warranty 2. Paid Warranty. With the help of this odoo module you will be able to create and track warranty easily, using serial number start warranty period of your product with easy registration process. Warranty period and setup is configurable option under the product level and based on that warranty start date, end date and warranty period defines for each products.You can also Claim the already created warranties within warranty period and without warranty period with paid and free warranty setup. You can also have option Renew the warranty period of your product as per the configuration. Automatically invoice creation process is available for paid warranty and Automatically notification and reminders email to the customer from the Odoo system is also available.
If you want automatic warranty registration process at the time of sales order confirmation or pos order processing then it's also possible with this Odoo apps. After activate feature from settings , while you confirm sales order with product and its serial number which has warranty configuration that's product's warranty registration is automatically added and warranty period is started for that product.

In this form Register Warranty with Customer, Product and Serial No. Choose Warranty Type Paid for Paid Warranty. After Registration Click Confirm to Activate the Warranty
After Confirming the warranty will move to "To Be Invoice" Stage and history will be created

Generate Warranty from sale order
If you want to register warranty from sale order, then in order to add the serial no of the product from sale order, the following module is required: 'Serial(Lot) Number on Invoice/Sales With Scan feature'

Configuration in Product
If this "Create Warranty from Sale Order" Checkbox in Product Warranty settings is enable then only you can see "Create Warranty from Sale Order" Checkbox in Product.
Create Sale Order
In sale order if the product is enable with both Under Warranty and Create Warranty From Sale Order Checkbox Then on confirm of the sale order ,Warranty for that product will be created.

After confirming sale order you can see the number of warranty generated from sale order by clicking on Warranty button.

If user want to register warranty from pos order, then add product with serial no to pos order.
Enable "Create Warranty from POS" Checkbox in POS session configuration.
Create POS Order
Enter lot/serial number of product to add in pos order.
User can see added product to pos order with lot/serial number.
Warning
If user enters lot/serrial nuber that does not exist then warning will generated.
Validate POS Order
on validating pos order new warranty with given lot/serial number product is created.
User can see created pos order and warranty in smart button.

Add Serial/Lot Number
Whenever you will scan product with barcode that serial number with product will be automatically added in sale order line with quantity available for that lot/serial number.
You can also add the serial number manually in the sale order.
When you create invoice from sale order selected serial number will be automatically added in invoice line
When you confirm the sale order and delivery order for that sale order is created at that time serial number will be also passed on delivery order line.
With this same process you can add products in Invoice with Serial/Lot Number.
Warnings
If Serial/Lot Number is not available in system then its shows warning that serial number is not available in system.
When there is no quantity available on lot/serial it will show that stock not available of scanned serial/lot number.
When you scan same serial number it will raise that this Serial/Lot Number is already in sale order line.
