Check-In/Check-Out Geolocation for CRM module in Odoo enables salespeople to log their visit details by checking in and out at customer locations, with geolocation and geofencing features. Upon arrival at a customer’s location, they can check in, and their exact location is recorded in the CRM. If the meeting occurs at a different spot, such as a café, they can check in from there, provide a reason for the location change, and update the system with the new location. The module also tracks the time spent at each visit and logs all activities under log notes, ensuring accurate tracking of meeting locations and durations for effective customer relationship management.
Check-in and Check-out Location Tracking
Allows salespersons to check in and check out at customer locations with real-time geolocation tracking.
CRM Geo Fencing
Supports geofencing to track if salespersons are meeting customers at locations other than the contact address
Outside CRM Geo Fencing Distance Reason Log
Salespersons can log a reason when meeting customers at alternative locations instead of the registered contact address.
Meeting Attendance Log
Records meeting time spent during each visit for better tracking and reporting.
CRM Geo Fencing
Users can add the "CRM Geo Fencing" area in kilometer or meter.
Partner Geolocation
User can see the partner address and in the Partner Assignment tab, user can see the latitude and longitude of the partner address.
Check-In button in CRM Pipeline/lead
User can see the Check-In button and Attendance tab in CRM pipeline/lead.Click on the "Check-In" button.
Give Reason why not Check-In/out from the assign location wizard
After clicking the "Check-In" button, if the salesperson location is outside the CRM Geo Fencing area, a wizard will open where the user need to provide a reason for not checking in from the assigned location and click on "Submit" button.
Check-In Time and Message in Attendance with Chatter Log
User can see the Check-In time and message added in the Attendance tab. The user can also view the Check-In log in Chatter. Now, click on the Check-Out button.

After clicking the "Check-Out" button, if the salesperson location is outside the CRM Geo Fencing area, a wizard will open where the user need to provide a reason for not checking out from the assigned location and click on "Submit" button.
Check-Out Time and Message in Attendance with Chatter Log
User can see the Check-Out time and message added in the Attendance tab. The user can also view the Check-Out log with how much time spend in client location in Chatter.
If a salesperson Check-In and Check-Out locations are within the CRM Geo Fencing area, then the Check-In and Check-Out messages will be blank, and no "Give Reason why not Check-In/out from the assign location" wizard will appear.
