Barcode Scan Quantity Odoo App simplifies inventory control by enabling users to scan a product’s barcode and instantly view its available quantity in real time. This functionality is integrated seamlessly across Inventory, Sales, and Purchase modules, allowing warehouse staff and sales teams to make quick and informed decisions without navigating through multiple screens. Whether processing sales orders, managing stock adjustments, or conducting warehouse operations, the app minimizes manual effort and human error. By transforming barcode scans into immediate stock insights, businesses can improve operational speed, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure efficient stock handling across departments.

Barcode Image Generation in Product Variants
In the Product Variant section of the Product Details page, a new field called Barcode Image has been added. When a user enters a barcode in the designated field, the system automatically generates a barcode image. This allows users to easily scan the barcode to retrieve product details, ensuring faster and more efficient inventory management.
When a user scans a barcode on any page, a popup displays the Product Name,Internal Reference, Quantity, Price, and Barcode, enabling quick access to product details without navigation.
In the Inventory module, under the Configuration menu, a new Barcode Scanned Product menu is available. This page displays all scanned products in Kanban view for easy access and management.
Scanned Product Form View
If a user scans a product barcode through any method, and the product exists in Inventory, a popup displaying its details opens on any Odoo page. If the product is not available, a "Product Not Found" message appears.
