Manage Employee Medical Examinations
User can easily manage employee medical examinations and send time to time reminder for medical exams.
Email Notification for Employee Medical Examinations
Employee will get an email notification about medical examination date.
Employee Medical Examinations Menu
Goto Employees -> Medical Examinations -> View Medical Examination menu in that user can view the list of created employee medical examinations.
Create Employee Medical Examinations
User can create employee medical examinations with selection of employee, examination date, result as 'Passed' or 'Failed' and types of notification as 'Notification on Expiry Date', 'Notification Before Few Days', 'Everyday till Expiry Date' and 'Notification on and after Expiry'
Once user can select notification type as 'Notification Before Few Days' option then set the days to send an email notification for medical examination.
Email Notification for Next Medical Examination Date
Employee get an email notification about next medical examination date based on configured notification type.
Mark As Done Button in Employee Medical Examination
User can done or finished activity by clicking on 'MARK AS DONE' button in an employee medical examination.
Back To Pending Button in Employee Medical Examination
After done, cancelled or rejected stage, User can moved medical exam activity in back to pending stage by clicking on 'BACK TO PENDING' button.
Mark As Rejected Button in Employee Medical Examination
User can reject activity by clicking on 'MARK AS REJECTED' button in an employee medical examination.
