Gate Entry
From the general settings go to users and navigate to gate entry field and select either user or manager.
After selecting in the gate entry field, Gate entry module appears.
Inward Gate Entry Overview
After selecting inward gate entry, Inward operation form is visible where purchase order is linked. Where product in the purchase order are also visible.
Auto Update Qty from Inward Gate Entry
Select Inward Gate Entry in PO Receipt Picking to auto-update product quantities based on Gate Entry.
Filter Inward Gate Entry by Purchase Order
In PO Receipt Picking, only Inward Gate Entries linked to the selected Purchase Order will be available for selection.
Auto Update Qty from Inward Gate Entry
When you select an Inward Gate Entry in the PO Receipt Picking, the related product quantities auto-update based on the Gate Entry details.
User Can Print Inward Receipt
Gate Inward No in PO Duplicate Check
Prevents duplicate gate inward numbers when linking PO receipts. Ensures each inward entry remains unique.
Outward Gate Entry Overview
After selecting outward gate entry, Outward operation form is visible where sale order is linked. Where product in the sale order are also visible.
Auto Update Qty from Outward Gate Entry
Select Outward Gate Entry in SO Receipt Picking to auto-update product quantities based on Gate Entry.
Filter Outward Gate Entry by Sale Order
In SO Receipt Picking, only Outward Gate Entries linked to the selected Sale Order will be available for selection.
