Mass Invoices Send By Email Odoo Apps (Customer/Supplier both)

This Odoo apps helps to send a mass mail invoice to customers/vendors by email with Invoice report(pdf) as attachment. Also this email send from the email template so user can manage the content of email right now we used existing send by email template.This Odoo apps also provide feature to easily filter invoices which are sent using email or which need to be sent.

Mass Invoices Email Send

Mass Invoices Email Send enables bulk emailing of invoices, with email template selection and tracking of sent email statuses.

Warning/Validation

User try to send mail to invoices which are in different stages than warning occurs.

Mass Invoices Email Send

User can see 'Mass Invoices Email Send' in action window which will appear only after selecting any invoice.

Mass Invoices Email Send Wizard

After clicking on "Mass Invoices Email Send" button a wizard will open where user need to select email template and click on "Send" button.

Mail Sent

User can see the invoice mail sent and boolean is ticked automatically.

In invoices form view user can also see the Invoice Confirmation Email Sent boolean is ticked automatically and invoice confirmation email sent to customer.

Email Sent to Customer

User can see the mail will be sent to customer.

Here you can see attachments of invoice report

Invoices Filter

User can filter invoices by "Invoice Email Sent", "Invoice Email Draft", "Invoice Confirmation Email Sent", "Invoice Confirmation Email Draft", "Invoice Cancellation Email Sent" and "Invoice Cancellation Email Draft".

Warning / Validation

If user try to send Mass Email, to Invoices which is not in Confirmed stage then validation error occurs.

If user try to send Mass Email, to Invoices which is not in cancelled stage then validation error occurs.

Warning / Validation

If user try to send Mass Email, to Invoices which is not in draft stage then validation error occurs.

Warning / Validation

User can not send invoice email to customer without email address.

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.
