Manage User Permissions by Company
Advanced user access control in Multi Company
Multi Company Access Rights allows administrators the ability to specify and control user permissions for several businesses in a single database. Granular control over user roles is made possible by it, guaranteeing that each user has distinct access privileges for each firm without compromising the privacy or business operations of other organizations. By limiting access to documents and operations according to company-specific regulations, users can easily move between approved businesses while keeping separate permissions. The module enforces company-based access control for sales, purchases, inventories, accounting, and other modules in Odoo.
Manage User Access Across Different Companies
User can allow companies to manage user access across different companies.
Assign User Groups for Different Companies
User can assign groups for different companies.
Multi Company Access Rights
Under user settings, Enable "Multi Company Access" checkbox to use multi company feature.
Set Multi Company Access Right for User Groups
Once user enable "Multi Company Access" checkbox, "Multi Company Access Right" tab will be shown where the company needs to be selected, then there will be a list of access rights from which the user can select user rights that are accessible for that particular user.
Multi Companies Access Menu
In Action, User can see "Multi Companies Access" menu to view group wise access rights for selected company.
Multi Companies Access Wizard
User can select any of the company to view group wise access rights for that specific user.
User Access Rights for Different Companies
User can access different menu according to multi company feature.
