Automatic Folder Structure

Nextcloud Access
User need to enable "Nextcloud Access" to access Nextcloud.
Nextcloud Configuration
user needs to enter the Base URL, Username, and Password to connect with Nextcloud.
user needs to select the models for which attachments should be created in Nextcloud and then click on “Test Connection.”
Once successfully connected, the system displays the connection status and confirmation message.
Dashboard
Click on the Import button to import documents.
user can see the imported documents from Nextcloud and download them by clicking the Download button.
Export Documents
Click on the Export button to export the data to Nextcloud.
After clicking on Export button, a popup appears where the user needs to choose the file to export to Nextcloud.

user can see documents that are synced from Odoo.
user can see that exported documents are automatically synced in Odoo.
user can sync documents to Nextcloud while uploading them to the models selected in the Nextcloud configuration.

user can search documents by file name.
Delete File
user can delete a file by clicking the Delete button.
document is deleted in Nextcloud after deleted from Odoo.
Scheduled job (cron)
scheduled job (cron) runs every 60 minutes to automatically sync files between Odoo and Nextcloud.
