Advance Payment Terms Option Odoo Apps
Payment Terms Extended Odoo App helps users to extend the payment terms using two more conditions, so it will be more useful for accountants to track the debts. There will be 2 new options added 1) First Day of the Next X Months and 2) Last Day of the Next X Months. When the options are selected, User can set the exact date and number of next months. Users can see due date extended according to configure due date computation as per selection of payment terms and also display extended due date on invoice report.
For example:- Invoice is being created for Date 22/03/23, and payment terms are configured as a fixed date of next month then the next date is set as 5, and next month is set as 1 in that case due date would be on 05/04/23, same way it will work for the last day of the next months.
Features
First Day of the Next X Months Option
If user select this option then set due the date and month to pay.
Last Day of the Next X Months Option
If user select this option then set the month to pay.Payment Terms Extended
Goto Invoicing -> Configuration -> Payment Terms -> Create. In Due Date Computation, User have two more option.
1) First Day of the Next X Months
2) Last Day of the Next X Months
First Day of the Next X Months Option
When user select "First Day of the Next X Months" option then set due the date and on the month to pay.
User can see due date extended according to configure due date computation for "First Day of the Next X Months" payment terms.
Due Date Extended on Invoice Report
Last Day of the Next X Months Option
When user select "Last Day of the Next X Months" option then set the month to pay.
User can see due date extended according to configure due date computation for "Last Day of the Next X Months" payment terms.
