Payroll Rules in Employee Contract Community Edition module streamlines payroll management by embedding salary details directly within employee contracts in Odoo. It introduces a dedicated Payroll Details tab that automatically fetches the appropriate salary structure based on the selected type, and once payroll is processed and finalised, the corresponding payslip data is updated in real-time within the contract. With built-in access control based on user roles (User or Administrator), the module ensures secure visibility of sensitive payroll information. Employees can also print their payslips directly from the contract, making it easier for HR teams and staff to track, manage, and access salary computations in a centralised, transparent, and efficient manner.
Payroll Details in Employee Contract Community Edition
Admin or user can view the payroll details in employee contact.
Print Payroll Details in PDF Format
Admin can print payroll details in PDF format.
Contract Rules Admin Access Rights
User have option to choose the "Administrator" or "User" access rights for payroll contact rules.
Create Employee Payslip with Contact
Admin can create employee payslip with contract and view the salary computation.
Payroll Details in Employee Contract
Under "Payroll Details" tab, Admin can view the payroll details in employee contact.
Print Payroll Details
Admin can view the employee payroll details and also have option to print it by clicking on "Print" button.
