Stock Picking Double Approval Odoo App helps to enhance the control and security of stock movements. This app introduces a double approval workflow for deliveries, receipts, and internal transfers, ensuring that all critical stock transactions are authorized by multiple approvers before execution to prevent errors, and reduce the risk of fraud. Only allowed users can approve or reject stock transfer and can enter reason for rejection.
Features
Stock Picking Approver Access Rights
User with allow "Stock Picking Approver" access rights only can access double approval process.
Configuration for Stock Picking Double Approver
User have to allow/disallow 'Delivery Approval', 'Receipt Approval' and 'Internal Transfer Approval' option as per convenience.
Stock Picking Double Approval
Approver can approve stock picking and then validate stock picking.
Approve/Reject Stock Picking
Approver have access to approve or reject stock picking.Stock Picking Approver Access Rights
User with allow "Stock Picking Approver" access rights only can access double approval process.
Stock Picking Double Approver Configuration
Under inventory configuration, User have to allow/disallow 'Delivery Approval', 'Receipt Approval' and 'Internal Transfer Approval' option as per convenience.
Delivery Order
User can confirm sale order and view the generated delivery order.
Approve Delivery Order
Approver can click on 'Approve' button to approved delivery order.
Once approved delivery order by approver, User have to validate it by click on 'Validate' button.
Reject Delivery Order
Approver can click on 'Reject' button to reject delivery order.
Once click on 'Reject' button, Approver must be enter rejection reason in this wizard.
Rejected Delivery Order
After rejected delivery order by approver, Delivery order moved to 'Rejected' stage and no more approvals needed.
User can view rejection reason in delivery order.
Picking Receipt
User can confirm purchase order and view the generated picking receipt.
Approve Picking Receipt
Approver can click on 'Approve' button to approved picking receipt.
Once approved picking receipt by approver, User have to validate it by click on 'Validate' button.
Reject Picking Receipt
Approver can click on 'Reject' button to reject picking receipt.
Once click on 'Reject' button, Approver must be enter rejection reason in this wizard.
Rejected Picking Receipt
After rejected picking receipt by approver, Receipt moved to 'Rejected' stage and no more approvals needed.
User can view rejection reason in receipt.
Approve Internal Transfer
Approver can click on 'Approve' button to approved internal transfer.
Once approved internal transfer by approver, User have to validate it by click on 'Validate' button.
Reject Internal Transfer
Approver can click on 'Reject' button to reject internal transfer.
Once click on 'Reject' button, Approver must be enter rejection reason in this wizard.
Rejected Internal Transfer
After rejected internal transfer by approver, Internal transfer moved to 'Rejected' stage and no more approvals needed.
User can view rejection reason in receipt.
