Analytic Account on POS Odoo App helps users to configure analytic account on point of sales.Users can assign an analytic account on POS session and after passing to that session all points of sales order and related payments, journal Entries, journal items.

Configure Analytic Account

User can configure analytic accounting.

POS Session with Analytic Account

User can select analytic accounts from POS session.

Configuration for Analytic Account

Under configuration user can tick on 'Analytic Accounting' fields.

Set Custom Analytic Account

Users can set a custom analytic account from Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings. The selected analytic account will be automatically applied to new POS sessions when they are created.

Users can see that the 'Custom Analytic' field is automatically filled based on the configuration. Users can also manually update or select a different analytic account directly from the session.

When POS order generated in backend, User can see selected custom analytic account.

Under journal items tree view user can see selected custom analytic account.

User can see selected custom analytic account in reconciled entries.

Analytical Accounts Tags from POS Shop setting

Hello,

about my previous question .

i was not say create analytical account  , i exactly said setup Analytical account from POS Setting (it means select the analytical account NOT create new one).

In your case and your example , the user should be go to session when it in progress then select the analytical accounts and tags from there , this is non automated selection its manual selection through session in progress.

I need to select the analytical accounts and tags via POS Shop configuration before starting the session to make the selection process of Analytical accounts and tags as automated once the session is start whithout needs to manual process to select the analytical accounts and tags from session which in progress .

so, i'm asking is this option is available in your module ?

Hello Sir,

No sir this option is not available in our app because in every session analytic tag as well as analytical account can be different so we have not given in the pos shop configuration.

So as per your requirement it would require customization sir.
