POS Product Refund Voucher Odoo app offers a convenient solution for sellers to issue refunds to customers in the form of vouchers. Within the POS Configuration, a dedicated section was added for Order Refunds, including fields for specifying the Voucher Refund Product and setting the Validity of the Refund Voucher. Additionally, a checkbox is provided to allow partial use of the refund voucher. During the payment process, sellers generate a credit voucher corresponding to the returned order or product value. This voucher can then be utilized by the customer during their next purchase, optimizing the refund process and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Create Voucher for POS Refund Order
Create new vouchers for refund orders directly within the POS interface, ensuring a quick and seamless process.
Redemption using Voucher Code
Generate unique voucher codes for each created voucher to easily apply during the checkout process for next purchase.
Voucher Credit/Debit History
Provide a history of all vouchers transaction, including creation date, voucher value, and transaction type.
Voucher Expiry Management
Allow sellers to set expiry dates for vouchers to encouraging timely redemption.
Configuration
User need to set refund voucher product and refund validity days, Also enable "Allow Partial use for Refund" option and set refund voucher limit.
Refund POS Order Via Voucher
User can see "Return" button on POS screen.
On clicking "Refund" button user can see list of POS orders, User can select order to refund and also enter quantity to return.
User can see selected product to return with quantity added to cart.
User need to check "Refund Via Voucher" option while paying order.
Refund Voucher
Under Point of Sale > Voucher/Coupon > Voucher menu user can see all created refund vouchers.
User can see all voucher details like voucher code, validity (in days), expiry date, voucher value etc.
Voucher History
Under Point of Sale > Voucher/Coupon > Voucher History menu user can see created voucher history.
User can see all voucher history details like voucher value, transaction type etc.
Apply Voucher Coupon
User can apply voucher coupon in point of sale by clicking "Use Refund Voucher" button on PO screen.
User need to enter voucher code and click "Apply" button.
User can see refund has been added to POS.
User can see POS receipt with discount payment and refund voucher code.
Voucher History
User can see voucher history created with debit entry.
Updated Voucher Value
User can see voucher value is updated after purchase.
