Configuration for Recurring PO Agreement
User have to enable recurring PO agreement option from purchase configuration.
Create Recurring PO Agreement
User have to select the purchase order which they want to re-occur in recurring purchase order.
Time Interval for Recurring PO Agreement
User can select the time interval(day, week, year) to generate recurring PO agreement.
Email Notification for Recurring PO Agreement
Notified user will get an email notification for recurring PO agreement.
Purchase Configuration for Recuring PO Agreement
Under Purchase configuration, User can tick on 'Recuring PO Agreement' it display Recuring Purchase Order Agreement.
Create Recuring Purchase Order
User have to select the purchase order which they want to re-occur in recurring purchase order.
Click on Process Button.
Click on the process button then the stage is move into process stage.
Email Notification for Recurring PO Agreement
User can see Purchase Order
