Goto Sales -> Configuration -> RFM menu to configure RFM values.
R (Recency): Gives the Last Day Of Purchase.
F (Frequency): Shows the Total Number Of Purchase.
M (Monetization): Gives the Total Amount Of Sales.

Set Recency Values
User can set range values for recency(Last Day Of Purchase) analysis.

Set Frequency Values
User can set range values for frequency(Total Number Of Purchase) analysis.

Set Monetary Values
User can set range values for monetary(Total Amount Of Sales) analysis.

Set Customer Segmentation
User can set segment, define ranking parameters for recency, frequency and monetary with description.

RFM Analysis Menu
Goto Sales -> Reporting -> RFM Analysis menu, When user click on 'RFM Analysis' menu one wizard will be open.

RFM Analysis Wizard
In RFM analysis wizard, User can set start date and end date for analysis.

If user want to analysis selected customers only then select customers and click on 'VIEW ANALYSIS' button.

User can see RFM analysis for selected customers only.
