Sales Order Approval by Type, Amount and Level
Advance Sales Approval Based on Type allows businesses to enforce a structured sales order approval process based on predefined levels and amount thresholds. Users can configure approval hierarchies by assigning roles and defining approval levels (e.g., Level 1, Level 2, Level 3). When creating a sales order, the system ensures that approvals follow the set hierarchy, either by the sale order type or a minimum amount requirement. Managers review and approve orders before final confirmation, ensuring controlled authorization and compliance with business policies.
Configure Sale Type & Approval
User can configure sale type and approval for sales order.
Sale Sequence based on Type
User can view the sale sequence according to configured type.
Configure Approval Methods
User can configure approval method as "Levels" and "Amount".
Set Multi Level Approval
User can set multi level approvals and based on sequence approvers can be approve/reject quotation.
Sale Type Menu
Goto Sales -> Configuration -> Sale Type menu in that create sale type for sequence.
Sale Type Configuration
User can configure sale type in that set sequence code and sequence for sale order.
User have option to activate or deactivate sale type by using toggle button.
Sale Approval Menu
Goto Sales -> Configuration -> Sale Approval menu in that create sale approval by using sale type.
Sale Approval Method : Levels
Sale Approval Configuration
User can configure sale approval by selecting sale type, warehouse and approval method as 'Levels' and 'Amount'.
While user select approval method as 'Levels', User can set multiple levels, role and based on that set multiple users.
Select Sale Type in Quotation
User can select sale type in quotation.
Approve/Reject Quotation
First approver can approve quotation by clicking on "APPROVE" button.
Once approved quotation by first approver, User can view approval details on "Approval" tab.
Waiting for Approval Menu
Goto Sales -> Orders -> Waiting for Approval menu in that view the list of waiting approvals.
Approve/Reject Quotation
Second approver can approve quotation by clicking on "APPROVE" button.
Sale Sequence Based on Type
Once approved quotation by second approver, User can view the sale sequence based on selected type and also view the approval details on "Approval" tab.
Approve/Reject Quotation
Approver can reject quotation by clicking on "Reject" button.
Sale Order Reject Wizard
Once approver reject quotation, They must have enter rejection reason.
Rejected/Cancelled Quotation
Once rejected quotation, It should be moved in "Cancelled" stage and rejection reason shown in remarks.
Once rejected/cancelled RFQ, User can set it into draft and repeat the process.

Sale Approval Configuration
While user select approval method as 'Amount', User can set approval multiple levels, users and amount between specific level.
Select Sale Type in Quotation
User can select sale type in quotation.
Approve/Reject Quotation
According to amount of quotation, Approval level would be automatically set and approve quotation by approver.

Once approved quotation by approver, User can view the sale sequence based on selected type and also view the approval details on "Approval" tab.
