Target Based Sales Commission Odoo App helps users to manage sales commission and target helping out to achieve a target for each sales person. Users can create a sales target for a sales person which is based on amount/percentage and can also be set "from date" and "to date" for each target group. Users can set commission which is based on product and product category. Users can apply the target on an amount as well as quantity basis, users can calculate commission based on amount and percentage. If you calculate commission based on percentage there are 2 options like percentage on sale amount and percentage on collection amount. Sales commission is calculated based on total sales and collection amount.

Create Own Target & Commission
User can create own sales target and commission which is based on amount and percentage.
Set Date for Target & Commission
User can set from date and to date for sales commission and target group.
Manage Sales Target & Commission
User can manage sales target and commission which based on total sales and total collection.
Commission Based on Product or Category
User can calculate commission based on product or product category.
Percentage Commission Based on Sale and Collection Amount
User can calculate commission based on percentage in 2 ways, sale amount and collection amount.

Goto Sales -> Target Commission in that you can create target & commission.
Target & Commission Based on Amount
Create Target & Commission
You can create target and commission in that select details like user, commission type like product or category, from date, to date and also enter sale target, collection target and commission.
1) Target On: You can apply target on "Amount" and "Quantity" of product.
2) Commission Calculator: You can calculate the commission based on "Amount" and "Percentage". If you calculate commission based on "Percentage" there are two option like "Percentage on Sale Amount" and "Percentage on Collection Amount".
You can set "Company" for apply target and commission.
Auto fill checkboxs of "Sale Target Achieved" & "Collection Target Achieved" once a target is complete.
In "Settlement" tab, Calculate the Achieved & Remaining Sales Target, Achieved & Remaining Collection Target based on amount.
User Logged into System
User can create a sale quotation, In other info tab you can see salesperson and sales team.
After confirm sale order, You can see how much sales target is achieved and remaining in amount also can see the target is complete so "Sale Target Achieved" checkbox is auto fill.
User can generate an invoice/bill.
After register payment, You can see how much collection target is achieved and remaining in amount also can see the target is complete so "Collection Target Achieved" checkbox is auto fill.
