Create Sale Order from Helpdesk Ticket
In helpdesk ticket you can click on "CREATE SALE ORDER" button to create a quotation/sale order directly from the helpdesk ticket.

After created sale order you can see 'Sale Orders' smart button on ticket's form view.

You can see created sale's order directly from helpdesk ticket and also view smart button of 'Tickets'.

Create Ticket from Sale Order
In sale order you can click on "CREATE TICKET" button to create a helpdesk ticket directly from the sale order.

After created helpdesk ticket you can see 'Tickets' smart button on sale order's form view.
