Stock Picking Multi Level Approval Odoo App enhances inventory management by integrating a robust approval mechanism into stock picking operations. This app allows users to configure multiple approval levels for stock pickings based on standard Odoo approvals. Users can define approvers for specific approval types, enabling a seamless and structured process. Approvers have the ability to approve or reject stock picking requests, ensuring that only authorized operations proceed. This solution provides improved control and accountability in managing stock movements.
Configure Stock Multiple Approval
User can configure stock multiple approval under approval types.
Set Multiple Approvals for Stock Picking
User can create or set multiple approvals for stock picking and also allow or disallow required option.
Approve Stock Picking Request
Approves can approve stock picking request and once it is done user can create stock picking.
Reject Stock Picking Request
Approves can reject stock picking request and once it is done it will be moved in refused stage.
Create Stock Picking Approval Type
Once user installed this app, Under Approvals -> Configuration -> Approval Types menu in that user can view "Create Stock Picking" approval type.
In approval type form view, User can set multiple approvers with selection of required option for create stock picking.
Create Stock Picking Dashboard
User can view dynamic approvals of stock picking dashboard and also create new request for approval.
Create Stock Picking Request
User can create stock picking request by entering details and also option to attach document.
Submit Stock Picking Request
User can view attached documents in "Documents" smart button.
User can see the configured approvers with their status in "Approver(s)" tab and submit stock picking request by clicking on "Submit" button.
Approve Stock Picking Request
Approver can approve stock picking request by clicking on "Approve" button.
Create Stock Picking
Once approver approved stock picking request, User can create stock picking by clicking on "Create Stock Picking" button.
Created Stock Picking
User can view the created stock picking.
Refuse/Reject Stock Picking Request
Approver can refuse or reject stock picking request by clicking on "Refuse" button.
