Timesheet from Invoice Odoo App enhances user traceability for tasks associated with customer invoices. Users can conveniently track and document project or task-related timesheets, including the responsible party's name, within an invoice report. User can directly create an invoice from timesheet and set invoice product. User have option to enable/disable timesheet labels which are display in an invoice lines. User have group by customer option to merge all timesheet and create invoice for same customer. This feature ensures comprehensive reporting and transparency, allowing users to print all relevant timesheets for a specific project or task associated with a particular customer. This integration of timesheet details in the invoice report streamlines invoicing processes and provides a clear overview of the work performed, fostering better communication and accountability.
Features
Create Invoice from Timesheet
User can directly create an invoice from timesheet and also option to merged an invoice from multiple timesheet.
Display Timesheet Label in an Invoice Line
User have option to enable/disable labels which are display in an invoice line.
Include Timesheet in Invoice Option
User can enable this option to include all the timesheets of that particular project or task for particular customer in invoice report.
Show User Names On Timesheet Reports
User can enable this option to show responsible names on timesheet report in invoice.Create Invoice from Timesheet
User can create invoice directly from timesheet for that select timesheets and click on 'Create Invoice' button in Action.
Create Invoice Wizard
Under create invoice wizard, User have to select product for invoice.
User have option to enable/disable labels which are display in timesheet details on invoice line.
User can view created invoice in timesheet.
Created Invoice from Timesheet
User can see separate invoices which was created from timesheets.
User can view the allowed timesheet labels in an invoice line.
User can view the smart button of timesheet in an invoice.
Create Invoice from Timesheet
User can create invoice directly from timesheet for that select timesheets and click on 'Create Invoice' button in Action.
Create Invoice Wizard
Under create invoice wizard, User have to select product for invoice.
User have option to enable/disable labels which are display in timesheet details on invoice line.
If user want to merge contact invoice, Customer must be same in project timesheet line and click on 'Customer' option.
User can view created merged invoice in timesheet.
Created Merged Invoice from Timesheet
User can see merged invoices which was created from timesheets.
User can view the merged timesheets and allowed timesheet labels in an invoice line.
User can view the smart button of timesheet in an invoice.
Enable Include timesheet in invoice & Show User Names On Timesheet Reports Options
Goto Customers under 'Sales & Purchase' tab, User have to enable 2 option.
1) Include timesheet in invoice - If user enable this option, It will take all the timesheets of that particular project or task for particular customer.
2) Show User Names On Timesheet Reports - If user enable this option, It will show responsible names on timesheets.
Print Timesheet in Invoice Report
User can see timesheet for that particular customer in invoice report.
