This Odoo app contains almost everything you need for the service desk, technical support team, call center management, Issue ticketing system which include issue tracking, billing payment, tech support portal, service request with timesheet to be managed in Odoo project management app. Website customer helpdesk support ticketing system is used to give customers an interface where users can send support ticket requests and attach documents from the website. Support tickets will be sent by email to customer and admin and manage online ticketing systems for customer support in Odoo. Also it allows you to create invoices easily from the timesheet logged for the project issue and helpdesk support ticketing system. Customers can view their ticket from the website portal and easily see the stage of the reported ticket. Also, customers can communicate with the help-desk support team from the website communication option. This Odoo apps also provide feature to lock and unlock support helpdesk ticket, once user lock the ticket then no other users can edit it, or delete it. Only the user who locked the ticket can update it or unlock it.This odoo app helps users to lock helpdesk support ticket for selected date, and unlock, users can also see ticket locking details. Tickets can be unlocked and updated by only users who lock tickets.

If you are using Odoo enterprise version then please note that, This app doesn't work with odoo enterprise's Helpdesk app, We have our own Helpdesk app and this app adds helpdesk ticket locking system on our helpdesk app.

Features

Lock the ticket

Lock the Helpdek ticket anytime for given start and end datetime.

Only user can update

Only user who is locked ticket can update values on ticket.

Unlock feature

You can autounlock locked ticket if their end date got passed.

Warning for other users

Other user will get warning if they try to update locked ticket.

How to see Lock Ticket button

Select support ticket menu, enter to the ticket,select lock ticket button to lock the tickets.


Lock the Ticket

In this wizard select the dates between you want to lock the tickets than click on checkbox to confirm.


Lock Information

The lock information you can see at the bottom in lock information section.


Unlock Lock Tickets

To Unlock the Ticket click on Unlock Ticket button.


Unlock Lock Tickets Waring

If the user who locked the ticket is not the same user who trying to unlock the ticket than it will raise an waring.


Other User Update Waring


Unlocked Tickets Information

Otherwise it will unlock the ticket.


Auto Unlock Tickets

If the lock dates are passed than click this check box to auto unlock that tickets. This will automatically check and unlock the tickets whose dates are passed.
