You can enter here the project name(Analytical Account), Consultant, Contractor and Client name which are belong from Contacts(res.partner) also some optional fields like Area of Project and Site no. you can mention. After that you have to add the Quantity lines, add the product and enter the cost center, unit price, planned quantity for the bill and taxes if applicable.

After that submit the BOQ

On submit state, Revise button will appear

If anyone want to revise the BOQ, click on that button it will create the new document with the reference of current document and current document will go on the reject state.

You can revise the BOQ multiple time after the submission, every time it will create new document with current reference and current document will be rejected.

After final revisions of BOQ if there is no need to revise more, then approve it.

It will create the Analytical lines in the Analytical accounts which is selected in the lines

Here you can see the analytical lines which is created on approval of BOQ

Then you to define the budget on behalf of analytical accounts which are selected in you BOQ

After the confirmation of budget you will the budget line under the analytical account which you have been select in the budget.

Same process will apply for the second type of BOQ(i.e Caps)

In Caps BOQ you will find some more extra fields for the more descriptive work flow
