HOW DOES IT WORK?

Branch Access Rights

User can be given "User" or "Manager" access for a Branch.

Create Branch

Only a Branch Manager can create new branches under Settings -> Users & Companies -> Branch

Enter Branch Name, Select Company from the drop down and Enter Telephone No. of the Branch. Once saved, branch will be created.

Assign Branch to the User

Branch Manager can assign the respective branch to the user under Settings -> Users.

Branch on Contacts

Once Branch is assigned to a user, the assigned branch will automatically reflect while creating a new contact.

Branch on Sales

Branch wise Sales Order can be seen under the Group By – Branch option.

Branch on Purchase

The assigned branch of a user will automatically reflect while creating a new Purchase.

Branch wise Purchase can be seen under the Group By – Branch option.

Branch on Customer Invoices

When creating manual invoice then the logged in user's branch will be assigned to the invoice.

User's branch will also appear on Inventory.
