Attach Documents from Hot Folder
This module allows to attach the documents which arrive to a configured hot folder to the correspondent odoo record, being the record found from the file name and some configured rules. The configuration can be found under Documents/Configuration.

Usage
Create a configuration where you define the paths to the input and error folders. Then, create some rules in order to find the odoo record from the filename. Next images guide you through the process.
Inside the main configuration object and as well inside the rule configuration, there is a tab where how to create the proper rules is explained.
At last, you can test that the odoo record is found out of your filenames with the TEST button.
Automate Processing
In order to automate the processing of the hot folder, you can go to Scheduled Actions and configure the cron Process hot folders documents. Errors in the processing of the files will be stored in the Error(s) tab of the configuration, where you can decide what to do with them.
