Post Payment Processing in Paystack

When we process the payment transaction on the Payson portal, the payment goes through various stages:

  • Created - Set by Payson after the checkout has been created.
  • Ready To Pay - Set by Payson after all necessary customer information has been added.
  • Ready To Ship - Set by Payson after the customer has completed the payment or when an invoice can be sent.
  • Shipped - Set by the merchant to signal that the order has been shipped.
  • Paid To Account - Set by Payson when the money has been paid out to the merchant’s account.
  • Expired - Set by Payson when the expiration time is reached for a checkout in the "Created" status (default: 3 hours).

There are many other stages in the Payson portal as well. Once the payment is completed on the customer side, the payment transaction will move to the Ready To Ship stage. If the seller ships the product to the customer, the stage will be updated to Shipped This information is also reflected in Odoo
