POS Cashier Digital Signature
The POS Cashier Digital Signature module for Odoo allows cashiers to add a digital signature directly on the POS payment screen. The signature is saved with the POS order and displayed on the receipt, printable PDF, and backend POS order for verification and record-keeping.

⚙️ Workflow
- Go to Settings → Point of Sale → POS Cashier Digital Signature and enable the cashier signature options.
- Open a POS session and proceed to the payment screen.
- Click the Cashier Signature button.
- Sign in the popup and click Save Signature.
- Complete the order and view the signature on the receipt.
- Print the receipt to see the signature on the PDF.
- Open the POS order from the backend.
- View the saved cashier signature on the POS order form.

1. Enable Cashier Signature Settings
Go to Settings → Point of Sale → POS Cashier Digital Signature and enable the cashier signature options.
2. Cashier Signature Button on Payment Screen
The Cashier Signature button is visible on the payment screen. Click it to open the signature popup.
3. Cashier Signature Popup
The popup appears with a signing area and Clear, Cancel, and Save Signature buttons.
4. Sign and Save
Sign in the area provided and click the Save Signature button.
5. Signature on Receipt Screen
The cashier signature is successfully displayed on the receipt screen.
6. Signature on Printable Receipt PDF
The cashier signature is also displayed on the printable PDF of the receipt.
7. POS Order Backend View
Go to POS Orders and open the recently created POS order.
8. Cashier Signature in POS Order
The cashier signature is displayed in the backend of the POS order.
