POS Order File Attachments
The POS Order File Attachments is a powerful Odoo Point of Sale module that allows users to upload and manage files directly from the POS interface. Users can attach files to entire POS orders as well as individual order line products, making it easy to store customer references, design files, specifications, images, documents, and other supporting files related to POS transactions. All uploaded files are automatically linked to the corresponding POS Order and POS Order Line records in the backend, allowing managers and administrators to access, review, and download attachments whenever required.

📝 Workflow
- Go to Point of Sale → Settings → POS Order File Attachments, then enable Order File Attachment and Order Line File Attachment.
- Add a product to the POS cart, then open the More (⋮) menu to access the Attach Order File option.
- Click the Attach Order File button to upload and attach files to the current POS order.
- Click the Select File button to upload files to the current POS order. Uploaded files are displayed in the Attached Files section. Remove unwanted files if needed and click Save Attachment to save them to the order.
- Once the attachments are saved successfully, a confirmation notification is displayed to the user.
- To attach files to a POS order line product, click the Files button next to the product and upload the required files.
- Click the Select File button to upload files to the selected POS order line product. Uploaded files are displayed in the Attached Files section. Remove unwanted files if needed and click Save Attachment to save them.
- Once saved, a confirmation notification is displayed, and the number of attached files is shown on the POS order line product.
- Create and validate the POS order. All attached order and order line files are automatically linked to the corresponding POS order records in the backend.
- Open the POS order in the backend and navigate to the Order Files tab to view all files attached to the order. Click any file to download it.
- Open the POS order in the backend and navigate to the Order Line Files tab. Select a product to view all files attached to that product.
- All files attached to the selected product are displayed in a popup dialog. Click any file to download it.

Open the POS order in the backend and navigate to the Order Line Files tab. Select a product to view all files attached to that product.

All files attached to the selected product are displayed in a popup dialog. Click any file to download it.
