Website Product And Quantity Summary

The Website Product And Quantity Summary module displays the total number of products and their total quantity at key stages of the customer journey, including checkout pages, invoice PDF, and the My Sales Order page.

⚙️ Workflow

  1. Go to Settings → Website → Website Product & Quantity Summary.
  2. Enable “Display Product Quantity on Checkout Page” to show the total number of products and their total quantity on the checkout pages.
  3. Add products to the cart and proceed to checkout. The product and quantity summary is displayed on the Delivery Checkout page.
  4. Continue to the Payment Checkout page. The total number of products and their total quantity remain visible.
  5. Complete the payment. The summary is displayed on the Order Confirmation page after payment is completed.
  6. Enable “Display Product Quantity on Invoice” to show the product and quantity summary on the invoice PDF.
  7. Click Print to generate the invoice for the order.
  8. The invoice PDF displays the total number of products and their total quantity.
  9. Enable “Display Product Quantity on My Sales Order Page” to show the summary on the customer portal.
  10. Go to Your Orders, open any sales order, and view the total number of products and their total quantity on the My Sales Order page.

8. My Sales Order Setting

Enable “Display Product Quantity on My Sales Order Page”.

9. My Orders

Go to Your Orders and open a sales order.

10. My Sales Order Summary

The total number of products and their total quantity are displayed on the selected sales order.
