The Website Product FAQ module allows you to add Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to individual eCommerce products in Odoo. Create unlimited questions and answers for each product, control whether they are displayed on the website, and provide customers with quick access to important product information using a clean, responsive accordion interface. This helps customers make informed purchase decisions while reducing repetitive support inquiries and improving the overall shopping experience.

📝 Workflow
- Navigate to Website → eCommerce → Products, then open the product for which you want to configure the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
- Open the Product FAQ tab and click Add a Line to create a new FAQ.
- Enter the Question, enable Show on Website, enter the corresponding Answer, and click Save.
- All added FAQs will be displayed in the Product FAQ list, where they can be easily viewed, edited, or reordered.
- Published FAQs are automatically displayed on the corresponding product page in the website using a modern accordion layout.

1. Open the Product

2. Add a Product FAQ
Navigate to the Product FAQ tab, then click Add a Line to create a new Frequently Asked Question for the product.
3. Configure the FAQ
Enter the Question, enable Show on Website to publish the FAQ, enter the corresponding Answer, and click Save.
4. Manage Product FAQs
Once all FAQs have been added and the product has been saved, they will appear in the Product FAQ list.
5. FAQs on the Website
All published product FAQs are automatically displayed on the corresponding product page of the website.
