Key Features
User can hide any menu, submenu from any user or group.
User can hide any report from any user or group.
User can make any field readonly or invisible.
Hide Menu from User Configuration
Before the Hide menu configuration user can see all the highlighted menu
Go To : Settings > User & Companies > Users > Hide Menu tab : User needs to add menu to hide for that particular user.
After configuration : User can see here selected menus are hidden/invisible for that particular user.
Hide Menu from Group Configuration
Before Hide menu from group for particular user
Settings > User & Companies > Groups > Hide Menu tab: user needs to select menu items that he/she wants to hide from specific groups, users belongs to this groups also can not see selected menus.
After Configuration : User can see selected menu on groups are hidden/invisible.
Hide/Invisible Submenu
User can hide submenu from both user or groups configuration.
Before Submenu configuration User can see visible submenu for user.
Go To : Settings > User & Companies > Users > Hide Menu tab : User needs to add submenu to hide for that particular user.
After Configuration : User can see selected submenus are hidden/invisible.
Hide Report from User Configuration
Before User can visible report menu for user.
Settings > User & Companies > Groups > Hide Report: User needs to add Report into the Hide Report Tab
After Configuration : User can see selected menu is hidden.
Hide Report from Group Configuration
Before User can visible report menu for user.
Settings > User & Companies > Groups : User needs to add report menu on Hide Report tab.
After Configuration : User can see selected report menu invisible/ hidden for group and group users.
Set Readonly OR Invisible any Fields
Before User can hide or make readonly number of fields, Here user can see "Mobile" is visible fields and "Email" is editable field.
Go to Settings : Technical > Database Structure > Models: User can add field in Field Configuration tab and select correct boolean as he wants to make readonly and invisible fields.
After Configuration : User can see "Mobile" field is invisible and "Email" field is readonly.
