Work Order Alerts
- Add Supervisor in Manufacturing Order to which you want to send email regarding work order delay issues.
- Add grace time in specific workorder so total expected duration is sum of expected duration and grace time.
- If the real duration exceeds the total expected duration and the 'Done' button is clicked, a mandatory popup will appear requesting the 'Delay Reason'.
- A User Error Occurred Upon Exceeding the Deadline.
- Users can specify a delay reason for particular work orders.
- When the difference between total expected duration and total real duration is greater than or equal to 15 minutes, the user must input a 'Fluctuation Reason' for the manufacturing order.
- Schedule a weekly cron job to send an email to the supervisor containing the work order issue report.
- Email notifications for work order issues should be sent to the supervisor, featuring the 'Workorder Issue Report' as an attachment.
- Supervisors can easily download or print the work order issue report in PDF.
