If CRM & LEAD are not modified or not updated from the created records by a sales person, an email will be delivered to the sales head and the management.
Email notification attachment report contains lead and opportunity [not modified] detail information by salesperson wise.

CRM Lead entries (enquiries) have been created in the past 2 days.
The scheduled action will be created; and it will check automatically (CRM/Lead), which is not updated in the past 2 days (e.g., New Lead or Oppurtunity has been created in the past 2 days, but no activities followed for those entries.) by sales persons and specific Lead/Oppurtunities’ entries information with Excel report attachment through an email to the sales management.
An email reminder will be sent to the sales management team head, which is mentioned below. The team head will communicate with the sales person who has not followed the leads or opportunities.

Note. Please configure the outgoing email configuration/server in Odoo. Then only you will receive the email with an Excel attachment.
