Proforma Footer Enhancement

When printing a Sale Proforma Invoice, this module extends the default template to display financial insights directly in the footer section:

• Down Payment – Shows the pre-paid amount as entered in the "Other Info" tab.
• Remaining Amount – Displays the calculated amount due after subtracting the down payment from the total order value.

These values appear only when printing Proforma Invoices, ensuring clean and relevant financial details are available for customer communication.
