App Installation
After, Purchase app you need to install this app.
Setting up AnPost in Odoo and Connection with AnPost.
Following steps to you can configure AnpPost with Odoo,
1. Goto Setting > Company and goto AnPost Configurations Tab. 2. Fill-up all required informations such as, -> Username, Password, API Base URL, Company Slug: This information you will get from AnPost. 3. Check Connection: Click this button you can check your Odoo AnPost successfully conneted with AnPost or not. 4. Get Shipping Services: This button click to you will get all enabled shipping services from AnPost to Odoo. 5. Get All Warehouses: This button click to you will get all warehouses from AnPost to Odoo.
Create and Configure Delivery Method for AnPost
Following steps you can configure various delivery method,
1. Goto Inventory > Configuration > Shipping method and create new Delivery for AnPost. 2. Fill-up/configure below required informations, 2.1 Provider: Select AnPost 2.2 Integration Level: Select Gate Rate and Create Shipment 2.3 Goto AnPost Configuration Tab, 2.3.1 AnPost Service: Select shipping service 2.3.2 AnPost Warehouse: Select AnPost warehouse 2.3.3 AnPost Package Type: Select default package 2.3.4 Package Dimension Unit, Package Weight Unit: Select package dimension unit and weight unit. 3. You can also configure price rule if you want to collect shipping charge from customer. Pricing Configurations have those rule. 3.1 Fixed Price: If you want to collect fixed price to customer per order then you can configure this option. 3.2 Based on Rule: - If you want to collect shipping price based on rules like on Total weight of the Order, or Total amount of order,...etc then select this option. 3.3 Free if Order Amount is Above X: If you don't want to collect shipping charge from customer if customer buy for X amount then you can also configure together with above 3.1 or 3.2 option. 4. If you want to enable this delivery for the website order then, click on Unpublish button(Header has this button) to it will change to Publish.
Create Sales Order and Use AnPost Shipping Method
Validate delivery, Get Tracking Number and Label.
1. Validate delivery address to Create/Submit shipment in AnPost, and Get Tracking number and Shipping label from AnPost. 2. Get Status From AnPost: Click on this button to you can get shipment status from AnPost to Odoo. 3. Tracking: Click on this button to you will redirect AnPost and track the live status of the shipment.
Allow to generates shipping label for shipments without packaging, single parcel, or single package.
Our app enables the generation of multiple shipping labels for shipments with multiple packages or parcels, allowing for efficient management and tracking.
Anpost with Website Order
The price for shipping will be automatically calculated based on the configured price rules in the shipping method, and this calculated price will be displayed to the customer. This ensures transparency and accuracy in the shipping cost calculation process.
Cancel shipping from Odoo to AnPost
Tracking number have -> Cancel button. Click on that button to cancel shipment in Anpost.
Note: If shipment already delivered to the Customer the you can not cancel shipment
in AnPost.
