CRM Lead Transfer

CRM Lead Transfer Odoo App helps you easily move leads or opportunities from one salesperson to another. Whether you're reassigning leads due to workload, team changes, or staff exit, this app keeps everything organized and smooth.

Start by selecting whether you want to work with Leads or Opportunities. Then choose the current salesperson whose leads you want to view. You can also pick a date range to filter the records. If you don’t choose a date, the app will load all records for that salesperson. Just click "Load Lines" to fetch the data.

From the list, select the leads or opportunities you want to transfer. Then pick the new salesperson and click "Transfer." The app will update the assigned user on each selected lead. The previous salesperson will automatically receive an email letting them know their lead has been reassigned.

In the Lead Transfer popup, begin by selecting the type — either Lead or Opportunity. Next, choose the salesperson whose records you want to view. Optionally, you can specify a date range to filter the leads or opportunities. If no date is selected, all records for the chosen salesperson will be displayed. Click the Load Lines button to fetch and view the relevant data. From the list, select the specific leads you wish to reassign, choose the new salesperson, and then click the Transfer button to complete the reassignment.
