Hubspot Integration Odoo
Hubspot Integration Odoo app helps you connect two important tools: Odoo and HubSpot. It's like
building a bridge between them so they can share information easily. With this app, you can move
important stuff like customer details, company information, and business deals back and forth
between Odoo and HubSpot. It's kind of like copying notes from one notebook to another, but the
app does it for you automatically! You can choose when you want to share this information. It's
as simple as pressing a button. The app can even do this sharing on its own, at times you pick,
so you don't have to remember to do it yourself. This app makes sure that everyone in your team
has the same, up-to-date information. It saves time and helps avoid mistakes that can happen
when you have to copy things by hand.
In short, this app makes it super easy to keep your Odoo and HubSpot information the same, so
you can focus on other important stuff!
Features
- Easy to sync contacts Company and Deals(Leads).
- Easy to export contacts, companies and leads as well.
- Easy to set cron for automatic import and export all things like contacts, deals, companies.
Create new Private App so click on settings.
Select Private App and then click on 'Create a private app'
you can see App Name, Access Token,Scops from here.
Click on Create Contact button.
Fill all details and then click on create button.This process same for create company and create deal.

Here create a hubspot config, add you config name and access token.
Now for importing Contacts, goto Contacts tab, enable 'Import Contacts' and click Sync Contact.
Click on 'View logs' button from here .
you can see the log in Log History.
You can see the imported contacts. Here you can group by Contact with 'Hubspot Contact'.
Now for importing Companies, goto Companies tab, enable 'Import Company' and click Sync Company.
Click on View Import button from here and see the imported Companies..
You can see the imported company.
Click on 'View logs' button from here .
you can see the log in Log History.
Now for importing Deals, goto Deals tab, enable 'Import Deal' and click Sync Deal.
Click on 'View logs' button from here .
you can see the log in Log History.
You can see the list of imported Deals. Here you can group by Deals with 'Hubspot Deal'.
you can also Export Contacts From here,for that you have to define Hubspot config in new created contacts.This rule same For Companies and Deal.
Click on View Export Contact button from here.
You can see the list of Exported Contacts from here.

Now for Export Company, enable 'Export Company' and click Sync Company.

Now for Export Deals, enable 'Export Deal' and click Sync Deal.
