Pet Care Management
Pet Care Management is an Odoo app designed to simplify daily operations for Pet Care Services.
From Appointments to Pet boarding, Pet Transportation, or Pet Services to Agreement management,
our Pet Care Management System in Odoo maintains all stages. You can easily create appointments
for any purpose, such as pet boarding, transportation, or services like bathing. Once an
appointment is confirmed, you can seamlessly create boarding, transportation, or services per
the appointment's purpose. Alternatively, you can make pet boarding, transportation, or service
records from their menus.
Before creating any pet services, you must first set up a Pet profile. To do so, you must
pre-configure details like Breed, Color, Tags, Food & Grooming Brands, etc. After creating the
Pet profile, you can easily add services for that Pet in the Pet Care System.
For Pet Boarding, we take basic Pet details and other necessary information, such as feeding
schedules, medication schedules, insurance details, bedtimes, allergies, and more. We record the
check-in time when the Pet is boarded and the check-out time when the Pet leaves. If any
additional services are provided during boarding, those will also be recorded. Once Pet Boarding
is confirmed, you generate a pet-boarding agreement and invoices and manage payment.
To offer Pet Services, you must pre-configure service types in the configuration menu. Then, you
can create pet services for a specific Pet, generate invoices, and manage payments accordingly.
For Pet Transportation, we takes the pick-up and drop-off locations. When Pet Transportation is
confirmed, you can generate an agreement and invoice to manage payments.
We have added a retail menu to the Pet Store section, where you can create pet-care products and
manage sales orders.
We have incorporated additional functionalities that might be helpful, such as mass mailing,
mass cancellation, mass tagging, and exporting Pet details to Excel. We have also added a rating
& feedback system to gather user experience feedback. Customers can access a portal to view
their Pet's boarding, transportation, and service history.
You can generate PDFs or print Pet details, appointment details, boarding details,
transportation details, and service details. If an agreement is generated, you can print or
download it as a PDF. We have included reports like boarding history, transportation history,
and service history reports. An advanced dashboard provides visualizations like counters,
charts, and lists for Pet Care Management data.

- Separate menu to manage Pet Boarding Agreements
- Separate menu for Agreement Documents also, so you can find all the documents of agreement in one place

- Contacts : Mange all the Guardians of pet under this menu.

- If you also selling some products from pet store then you can use Retail menu to generate sale order
- Find Products menu under Retail, here you can see only products which are related to Pet

Mass Mailing :
- Send email to all the guardians on a single click
- Suppose you are going to organize free medical checkup camp for pets then you do not have to send invitation to each guardian separately. Just use mass mailing to send email to all the guardian on a single click
