Consignment Management in odoo

Consignment Management odoo application allows you to create Consignment orders for both sale and purchase. In purchase, you will purchase number of products as consignment order, and you will pay your vendor as you sell the products. You can include purchase consignment commission into your purchase consignment order. Once you purchase number of products as purchase consignment then a consignment account will be created which will keep track of your purchase consignment. You can also add expenses while purchasing products as consignment. You can also add purchase consignment commission. From single purchase consignment you can create multiple bills, create bills as you sell the products and commission will be automatically liked to the bill. In sale, first of all you have to move some products into the consignment location using sale consignment order. now you can create number of sale orders form the sale consignment order. Commission will be liked automatically whenever you create sale order. You can create bills for the all the commissions of the sale order which is created from sale consignment order. Various kinds of reports are provided for better understanding.

Consignment Management portal is available so portal user can check their consignment details directly from the portal. Portal user can see sale consignment details as well as purchase consignment details from the portal.

    • Commission will be linked automatically to the bills of Purchase Consignment Account

    • Move products into the consignment location, this document is known as Sale Consignment Order
    • Add commission percentage into the Sale Consignment Order
    • Now you can create multiple sale orders from the Sale Consignment Order
    • To sale products from the Sale Consignment Order, just select particular Sale Consignment Order into sale order when you create sale order.
    • Sale Consignment Commission will be created automatically based on the percentage which you have defined into the Sale Consignment Order
    • Create bill for each Sale Consignment Commission
