This module Allows you to receive Jahez Orders directly to Odoo on sale app

Important Notes
- If you have more than one database you should add db_name="your database name" in odoo.conf.
Configuration

Get Secret Code & API-key
You should send an email to Jahez at 'integration@jahez.net' requesting the Secret Code & API-key for your restaurant

Settings
Once you received the Secret Code & API-key go to settings and insert the credentials
- Company: Choose your company.
- Secret Code: Insert Secret Code.
- API Key: Insert API Key.
- Endpoint URL: https://integration-api.jahez.net
- Click Get Token

Users Access
Go to Settings > users and give access rights to users
- Jahez Manager: Manager can Update Branch Visibility and Create/Update Products and Categories to jahez app.
- Jahez Sale: Sale can Accept or reject Orders.

Integrate & Update Branch Visibility
Go to Contacts and create new contact and set it as Jahez Branch
- Is Jahez Contact: Active it if you want to set this contact as Branch.
- Integration ID: Copy the integration id form Jahez portal and insert it here.
- Jahez Visibility: If not active the branch will not be visible for customers on Jahez app.
- Click Update Branch Visibility to test integration and update
- If it's first integration clean all products and clean all categories (used only if first integration).

Set Attributes
Go to Inventory > Configuration > Attributes and set your attributes
- Radio: Is Jahez modifiers and Only 1 option can be selected.
- Select: Is Jahez modifiers Option and can be added multiple times (variants mode can be set only 'Never').

Create/Update Categories (Menu)
Go to Inventory > Configuration > Product Categories or Jahez Categories and set your Categories
Note: You can use the product categories as categories (Menu) on Jahez app or you can set new Jahez categories (Menu) .
- Index: Indicate the place of the category
- English Name: Category name in English.
- Arabic Name: Category name in Arabic.
- Excludes Branches: List of branches where this category will be hidden from.
- Click Sync Jahez to update Jahez app:
- Use Bulk upload Categories to Jahez to Create/Update multiple Categories.

Create/Update Products
Go to Inventory > Products > Products and set your Products
- Attributes & Variants: select your Attribute & Values and configure the extra price
- Jahez :
- Index: Indicate the place of the product.
- Arabic Name: Product name in Arabic (if not set will take Product Name).
- English Name: Product name in English (if not set will take Product Name).
- Global Calories: Category name in Arabic.
- Jahez Price: You can set other price for jahez (if not set will take Product Price).
- Is Visible: Visibility of the product.
- Excludes Branches: List of branches where this product will be hidden from.
- Jahez Category: Product category identification you can choose Product Categories or Custom Jahez Categories.
- Jahez English Description: Product description in English .
- Jahez Arabic Description: Product description in Arabic.
- Availability: Product day, starting & ending time visibility .
- Click Sync Jahez to update Jahez app:
- Use Bulk upload Products to jahez to Create/Update multiple Products.

Receive & Accept or reject Jahez Orders
Once new order received you get a notification popup & sound
- You can open the list of Jahez orders by clicking the bell icon
- Accept Jahez : Click this button to accept the order.
- Reject Jahez: Click this button to reject the order (popup will be appear to insert reason and it will sent back to customer).
- Jahez Order ID: Jahez Order id.
- Branch: Order branch identification.
- Jahez status:
- New: Order created.
- Accepted: Restaurant has accepted the order .
- Rejected: Order is rejected by restaurant .
- Timed-out: Order wasn't updated (accepted/rejected).
- Jahez Note: Customer order note.
Note: Orders exceeding 5 minutes from the creation date will not be accepted .
